Hope something awesome shows up! July, August, and September C&C in Houston were canceled because I think the event gathering was kicked out from the venue it was at. The excessive revving and low gear pulls exiting the venue got too excessive with select few people ruining it for everyone. Then there was one idiot in the March who floored his Genesis while turning and slipped the rear end and hopped the curb in the same exact spot a Goat did in April 2011.
So now the event's organizers are looking for a new venue and there's a whole new shit storm by people who attend the gathering because before the event got kicked out, the organizers tried to divide up the venue's parking spots into areas where certain makes and models should park. This likely happened because I, along with a few others complained about the excessive number of Mustangs coning off spots when at the beginning of this year coning was banned (used to be cones allowed until 7am).
This led to people who bring their cars out to the show feeling like the gathering just caters to high end cars and exotics only. They feel left out that they don't have enough space to park their 100% stock, completely non-special Camaro or Mustang. This is over 40 Camaros and Mustangs each, showing up looking like all they did was just bring a completely stock car I can find in the dealer room or on craigslist (for those older models). Really though, who wants to see something I can see every day? I don't want to see a sea of SS and RS and 5.0 GTs. I'm more interested in any model or make that is the top of the line, or at least some what modified. I want to see classics and hot rods and all the good things.
At least the Lamborghini Festival is this Sunday. Every model of Lamborghini galore! Once in a lifetime opportunity to feel deathly poor.

Yea man these older guys with camaro ZL1's and Mustang's and what not are really trying to turn cars and coffee into a old mans game. I was told to move my car because they had 15 camaro's that were all going to park together but the catch is I drive a single car thats more interesting than all of the 15 camaro's combined ! Not to mention nobody is interested by brand new cars with nothing done to them and even the ZL1 with a aftermarket blower was boring. I drive a 280z with a 5.3 liter and T56...

25 is the perfect age. I wanted to stop there, but dying was the only way I could figure out how to do that and I have too many cars left to own.
